Coal power plants introduce more radiation into the atmoshphere than Nuclear waste does.

It is more cost effective (and energy saving) to immediately change a regular light bulb to a CFL instead of waiting for it to burn out.

One of the biggest reasons for poor air quality is the burning of fossil fuels.  Poor air quality is a danger to your health.  This isn't being debated.

There is a static supply of fresh water on the Earth.  There is a population that is growing out of control.  My Economics 101 training tells me this presents a problem.
